Childcare Assistant

We have a number of exciting overseas jobs for those experienced in childcare, sports coaching, resort management guest relations management for the summer season. The roles are based in our fantastic resorts and children's clubs in some of Europe’s top 5 star resorts.

Summer 2024 Vacancies

We are looking for experienced childcare staff to join the kids club team in Greece, Crete and Portugal. 

We are looking for people that have experience working with children of a variety of ages and who hold an EU passport, or the existing right to work in in the relevant country.

The full season dates for Summer 2024 are 12th May to 5th November. 

For those who cannot commit to the full season, we are open to discussion around other dates (such as May or June to September) or you might be interested in considering our "peak" dates (usually aligned with UK school holidays, like late October).

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in a childcare setting
• Fluent / strong spoken English
• Police / criminal record check
• CACHE level three qualified or equivalent (highly desirable)
• Full clean driving license (highly desirable)

To maintain our standards, we ensure all teams take part in tailor made training courses every season. With a high level of returning team members from summer to winter, our teams are committed and have developed exciting careers with us.

Those working in Greece or Crete will need to be resident in Greece / Crete to be employed. Holders of an EU passport can apply to work on a self-employed basis. 

Those working in Portugal will need to be resident in Portugal to be employed. Holders of an EU passport can also apply.
