Our Finance team are currently seeking a Payroll & Expenses Administrator to be responsible for processing expenses and maintaining users in expense systems. In addition, you will be supporting with ad-hoc payroll task as and when required, for the wider Finance Team.


The Role

Reporting into the Head of Payroll, this role will work with the wider Finance team in developing a culture of best practice and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining users on the expenses platforms

• Processing Expense runs (2 x month)

• Raising Expense payments

• Monthly Expenses Reconciliations

• Raising adhoc payments

• Supporting the Payroll Officers as and when required


This is a Part-Time Hybrid working role, working 24 hours per week. This role will be based in our Leeds Office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and home based on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Happy to discuss preferences on weekly working days/hours. (3 days 8 hours per day / 4 days 6 hours per day / 24 hours over 5 days).


The Person

The ideal candidate will have held a similar role previously and have a few years’ experience of payroll processing. They will be organised and able work well under pressure to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are always met.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good problem-solving skills

• Excellent excel skills

• Team player

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where the company is constantly growing.
