Job Title: Sprayer Operator
Location: Kent – Abbey Farm
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 40-50 hours, Monday – Friday
Salary: £12.49 - £13.23 depending on experience and qualifications
You have the passion for agriculture, you are PA1 & PA2 qualified and experienced in crop spraying and crop nutrition. You enjoy jumping onto the tractor and working outside in all conditions at all times of the day and evening. You’re a hardworking, dynamic and multi-skilled operative looking for a new challenge to join a well experienced and motivated friendly team. Does this sound just like you?
You fully understand the importance of your skilled role and the attention to detail needed to grow a variety of crops. Your high standards of field hygiene help deliver the freshest and highest quality product to our customers and suppliers.
You’re a strong team player and drive to complete tasks within a set timeframe. Regularly undertaking machine maintenance, assisting with soil cultivation, drilling and irrigation guided by the Farm Manager, performing accurate stock taking of pesticides and fertilisers and always working in accordance with company health and safety standards. You really believe in the core values of “Always Delivering Quality”.
