Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a tech-savvy and dedicated employee to join our IoT department to take responsibility for the technical connection between customers, our company and our upstream suppliers. This role requires close collaboration with different teams and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Technical connection between customers, us and upstream suppliers by means of IPsec VPN and similar technologies.
- Active participation and technical development of our FUSION IoT brand.
- Accompaniment and technical support of hardware and software solutions around FUSION IoT.
- Implementation and support of technical connections as well as support for Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
- Advice and support in technical sales and support.
- Project support and consulting, from conception to implementation.
What you’ll need
- In-depth knowledge in the field of IoT and network technology.
- Experience in mobile communications technology and knowledge of transmission standards.
- Understanding and experience with topics such as Radius, VPN, and Internet Breakouts.
- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to our clients.
- Experience in project support and consulting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High level of problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in German and good English.
A few things to note
- This is a hybrid role; we require you to be in our Oberkotzau office to have time with the team but with flexible working.
- We do not need agency support; we do all our recruitment in house.
