Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

As the Solutions Architect for Managed Networks, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with technical expertise and consultancy capability to win opportunities. Your deep understanding of Secure Managed Network Solutions, particularly from Cisco, will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales efforts.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives, providing technical guidance and solution design expertise.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Managed Network Solutions, particularly from Cisco, including LAN, WiFi, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Conduct detailed technical assessments and analysis of client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop innovative and tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver value-added services.
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively showcase our products and services to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform solution design and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and technical advocate.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical expertise throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to post-sale implementation and support.

Key Tasks include:

  • Conduct technical assessments and site surveys to gather requirements and assess client needs.
  • Develop solution architectures and designs that meet client requirements and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide input into product development roadmaps.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations as a technical expert and trusted advisor.
  • Provide technical training and enablement to the sales team to enhance their understanding of Managed Network Solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including proposals, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Support post-sale implementation and deployment activities, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

What you’ll need 🚀

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant within the telecommunications or IT industry, preferably in a managed communications service provider environment.
  • Deep understanding of Secure Managed Network Solutions, particularly from Cisco, including LAN, WiFi, MPLS, Cloud Networking, SSE and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Strong technical expertise and consultancy capability, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative and tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
